My Library

My library is very special to me.  This library is the Romeo District Library (Graubner Branch).  I have had many fun and special experiences there.  One of the most special events that I’ve had at this library is getting my first library card.  This is very special to me because I have used it a lot since them.  Most of all I like the summer reading program, the librarians, the special guests and the museum adventure passes.

The summer reading program is a great program.  I have had so much fun reading over the summer in this program.  The prizes that they give you are very convincing to make you read.  When I first started this program I just read for the prizes.  Now I read for the fun and getting the prizes is just a plus.  There are three different age groups for the summer reading programs.  These age groups are kids, teens, and adults.  This is useful so hat you can always have an excuse to read during the summer.  My family and I all love this summer reading program and hope   the summer reading and hope that it will continue for a long time.  The summer reading is only one of the many things that I like about the Romeo Graubner Library.

Librarians are also on of my favorite parts of the library.   These librarians are very kind.  Every time that I walk in to this library I always see the smiling face of one of the many librarians donate there time to help people at this library.  There have been many times that I have thanked my lucky stars that a librarian could help me with what ever I needed.  There are different librarians in different parts of the library.  The parts are the children’s section, the adult section and behind the desk.  What ever problem you have in the library you can count on a librarian to help you out.  The librarians are one of the most important reasons that I like going to the library.

There have been special guests at the Romeo Graubner Library.  This keeps kids coming to the library.  One of the special guests at the library is the K9 Police Team.  This was a very exciting experience that has been entertaining people at this library for a long time.  My personal favorite guest was very interesting and unusual musicians that have came to entertain the children at the library.  These musicians had brought different strange instruments for the kids to try out and play with.  All of these guests have been entertaining every one at the library for a long time and I will hope that they will be entertaining generations to come.

Museum Adventure Passes are also on of my personal favorites.  There are many museums to close from.  One of the places that I have been to is the Edsel and Eleanor Ford Estate.  This was a very fun and interesting visit.  It was also a very knowledgeable visit.  I learned a lot about Edsel and Eleanor Ford, how hey lived, and what they did for fun.  There are also many different places to go.  It is a very fun time.

The Summer Reading Program, the librarians, and the special guests are very important in the library.  These are only three of my favorite reasons about my library.  There are many more reasons, but I don’t have time to tell about them.  Have you been to your local library lately?
