Homemade Sweet Potato Chips

*Ingredients* * One large sweet potato * 1 to 2 teaspoons of extra-virgin olive oil or vegetable * 1/4 tsp salt or Maggi granulated chicken bouillon. *Directions* # Scrub but don't peel the sweet potato, then cut into 1/8-inch thick slices. # Place in a large resealable plastic bag along with 1 to 2 teaspoons of extra-virgin olive oil or vegetable oil plus 1/4 teaspoon salt or Maggi granulated chicken bouillon. # Seal and shake bag so the sweet potato slices are evenly coated. # Spread them in a single layer over a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.
